This fantastic "kit" comes in an easy-carry heavy-gauge clear vinyl bag with zipper enclosure, and includes: 96-page coloring book featuring 48 pieces of outstanding black and white art by Tara McPherson. This book has concealed spiral binding and stiff covers and includes unique box of 24 crayons in modern colors. But that's not all! This makes a great gift for any fan of Tara mcpherson. Granted many of the outlines are featured in her Lost Constellations book but it's still nice to be able to color them. It's also agreat reference for tattoo artists. The post cards, crayons and stickers are all very cool. This collection is not for kids though unless you don't mind them coloring a heap load of sexy lady nipples.

Coloringbook quality is amazing! The crayon color selection is really quite beautiful, and they draw smoothly. This is the ultimate coloring book for teens or adults! I found it quite the inspiration during artistic downtime.

I enjoy collecting art and coloring books of different art styles. Tara McPherson's "Somewhere Under the Rainbow" coloring kit is filled with unusual themes, such as masked schoolgirls with umbrellas or flowers atop their heads. The theme to this set is more of a dark one, and would not be recommended for younger artists, containing nudity and ideas a young child would not think very delighting.
A very good collectors item, in my case, I will probably never color on any of the pages, considering black and white alone they are works of art, even the simpler ones. I would reccommend this to anyone interested in the graphic arts, and are willing to expand their ideas of creative, yet dark and different, themes of arwork.
"Somewhere under the Rainbow" includes a page of some lovely colored stickers in the back of the book, a generiously-filled box of crayons, and four postcards to color and send to your friends, or to just keep along with the packet. These items are contained within a clear zippered vinyl bag.
I was not at all dissapointed with any of the items, although it is rather pricey. But if you appreciate this kind of art, its a bargain you will treasure for ever and ever.
