  • May 17, 2012 from Kentucky

If you're a fan of Avatar/Legend of Korra. This is a must get, It fills in the 70 year gap between the first show and Legend of Korra. Why wouldn't you want to read this?

  • Apr 26, 2012 from Singapore

A great continuation of the series!

  • Apr 23, 2012 from Arizona

Came in a day sooner than anticipated. Perfect condition, also a great read a little short being only 80 something pages but so much info in those. Cannot wait for the next one to be released all my friends are lining up to borrow the comic so they can read it themselves too.

  • Apr 19, 2012 from Virginia

A fine companion piece to the animated series. Retains both the show's plentiful humor and its engaging story. I look forward to the release of issue 2.

  • Apr 19, 2012 from Chicago, IL

Great Book! reads just live the tv series played: full of humor, lively colors and superb art!

  • Mar 19, 2012 from Austin, TX

This was my first time to order a comic online, as well as a TPB comic, and I am glad that I did so. The service was acceptable, the product itself was in good condition, even though I had not selected the option of wrapping & boarding to ensure preservation. Also, the order was shipped to the given address at an early date, so my chances of ordering from this site again are high!

  • Mar 09, 2012 from SK, Canada

Great continuation of the story, I can't wait for part 2!

  • Mar 04, 2012 from Asheville , NC

    Awesome!

  • Mar 02, 2012 from MA

Just like an episode of avatar! Only problem is people who haven't recently seen the last episode of the series will be confused because this starts right where the episode leaves off.

  • Feb 29, 2012 from Belgium

As a huge fan from the avatar series I just love this comic! It continues the story where it had left in the series. I just love it =)

  • Feb 27, 2012 from arlington Texas

    freaking awesome

  • Feb 27, 2012 from FPO, AP

I don't know about everybody else, but I thought this was great!...Everyone on here should be grateful that the gang is back!...The only thing that Nickelodeon needs to learn from this is that they should make this comic book into a series and actually bridge the gap between Aang and Korra in a live action series. I know its not just me thinking it but everyone on here!...I can't wait for Part 2!!!...Aang is the man!

  • Feb 27, 2012 from USA

A great way to continue one of the best tv shows in a long time. I love all the moral questions that these characters face and how they tackle every obstacle.

  • Feb 26, 2012 from San Diego

The art style was close yet unique on it's own. The reason I only gave it 4 stars was because of the story line. Hope the 2nd one will be better

  • Feb 26, 2012 from india

    good

  • Feb 25, 2012 from Queensland Australia

This is a pretty good little comic book. I must say, it was a little too short and didn't develop enough story-line for me, but just seeing the GAang in action again after such a long hiatus was great to see!

  • Feb 25, 2012 from United States

Amazing Book. Great addition to my Last Airbender Collection

  • Feb 24, 2012 from Kansas

Overall the quality of the tfaw was alright. Nothing bad about the service. Overall, the comic was a bit too short for my taste. It felt more like one episode than a volume. However, the storyline was pretty consistent and solid with the tv show. I'd recommend reading it if you're a big fan of the series, not so much if you're looking for something to just pick up randomly.

  • Feb 24, 2012 from Virginia

Loved the cartoon. The comic is a nice edition, with recognizable art and characters who act like themselves (instead of just hoping that being the same name will make people buy it). Now if they just stop calling each other sweaty...

  • Feb 24, 2012 from United States

    Fantastic!

  • Feb 24, 2012 from 3310 Renaissance Way

Excellent story, beautiful artwork, and brilliant dialogue. A perfect continuation to one of the greatest animated TV series of all time. I can not wait for Part 2 and Part 3.

I was very happy with my purchase from TFAW. It was delivered to me in excellent condition and I enjoyed the quality of my product. I would recommend other Avatar the Last Airbender fans to this site :).

  • Feb 24, 2012 from United States

The story of what happens immediately after the end of the original ATLA series. It's a mix of funny and serious as always, and the story itself is interesting. Can't wait for the next volume, which will conclude the story and show some of the lasting effects Aang had on the future, which will be shown in the new Legend of Korra series.

  • Feb 24, 2012 from New York

    Good Read.

  • Feb 24, 2012 from Cleveland, OH

It's great to see the story continued in comic book form, and I can't wait for the next installment!

  • Feb 24, 2012 from PA

    Awesome book! Great Price.

  • Feb 24, 2012 from Pittsburgh, PA

Perfect, mint condition, and very well taken care of when I received this product! The book itself is amazing. The characters follow their true-character dialogue, the pace is perfect. Not too slow, and not too fast. It's really hard covering a 70-year period in just three books, after taking 61 episodes to cover just one year. So give them credit where credit is due, HIGHLY recommended for any Avatar (The REAL Avatar, not James Cameron's garbage) fan!!

  • Feb 24, 2012 from Taiwan

Great follow up to the Airbender series, glad to see it continue. my only beef is with tfaw it's self, I live in Taiwan, and they refused to use the chinese address on the package, even though 90% of postman here cant' read english. I specifically emailed them them to confirm the chinese address would be placed on the envelope, and was told their "system" didn't allow for international languages. to be honest i'm surprised I received the parcel at all. the company should really put some consideration into the requirements of international buyers

  • Feb 24, 2012 from United States

keeps true to the last airbender humor and antics

  • Jan 29, 2012 from Dallas, TX

Received it on the 28th of January with cheapest shipping method. Absolutely no folded edges etc. The book's content was really cool too! It felt kind of short, but that is because I've been waiting for it such a long time. Cannot wait for the other two books. Get it! It will be a super-cool addition for both big fans and just "explorers" of the word of Avatar

  • Nov 22, 2011 from BUFFALO, NY
