Josh

I've been collecting comics since I learned how to read. I usually lean more towards DC (because of Batman) but have been picking up a little bit of everything lately. Besides the comics I'm really into collecting action figures and trying out new board/card games. I also dabble in a little MTG but we all know how addictive that can be!

On Josh's Pull List:
The Manhattan Projects, God is Dead, Saga, Rat Queens, East of West, Black Science, Trees, Nailbiter, Miles Morales: Ultimate Spider-Man, and The Walking Dead.

Josh's Recommendations:
Definitely check out Venom and Scarlet Spider! Both of those new Spider titles are awesome. Also read Grant Morrison's Batman and Robin--while you're at it check out the New 52 Batman and Robin as well. Both are spectacular. If I had to pick one of the many GL titles to read it would be Green Lantern. I love having Sinestro back as a Lantern. Both of the ongoing Transformer titles are awesome as well as the TMNT ongoing and Micro Series. And last but not least The Walking Dead! You have to read the comic watching the show is not good enough. That comic is ridiculous!

Jeff

Jeff has been into comics for as long as he can remember. Growing up, it was all X-Men (he LOVED that 90's cartoon!). As an adult, he dived pretty heavily into DC Comics for a while and now reads a little bit of everything, but he still has a major soft spot for the X-Men.

He also collects action figures and loves playing board games, card games, and video games! Stop by the store and chat with him about what you've been reading recently (he would also love to talk about Star Wars or Mega Man!!).

On Jeff's Pull List:
East of West, all of the X-Men titles, Wicked and the Divine, Rat Queens, Hellboy, Batman, The Flash, Injection, Pretty Deadly and Ninjak.

Jeff's Recommendations:
Rat Queens, Saga, and East of West all day, every day -- people always come back for more! Manhattan Projects and Locke & Key are fantastic as well. If you are more into superheroes, the last several years of Batman and (of course) Uncanny X-Men have been amazing!

Ethan

Ethan has been reading comics since he was eight years old when his Dad bought him Devil Dinosaur #1 and Shang Chi, Master of Kung-Fu! Since then, Ethan has become an official Comics Enthusiast, reading everything from Terry Moore's Strangers in Paradise to Jeff Smith's Bone. Constantly engrossing himself within the comics culture, Ethan not only loves to read comics, he creates them as well, having studied at the Joe Kubert School of Illustration & Design!

When he's not reading comics or writing about madmen bombing the universe (secretly, he yearns to pen and draw the ultimate crossover featuring The Silver Surfer, Hank Pym in his Yellow Jacket garb but with his "Giant-Man" powers fully intact, Dr. Strange, Shang-Chi, Devil Dinosaur, and Moonboy as together they soar through the gateways of space and time!!), Ethan is bellowing on stage with his metal band! A full-on Nerd General, Ethan is more than happy to lead you around Things From Another World to see what tales take you by the hand and capture your imagination!!

On Ethan's Pull List:
Rat Queens, Saga, Rachel Rising, The Wake, Lazarus, Velvet, BPRD, Hellboy, Abe Sapien, Sheltered, Revival, Black Science, All New X-Men, Miles Morales Ultimate Spider-Man, Green Arrow, and the weekly Batman Eternal series.

Ethan's Recommendations:
Transmetropolitan by Warren Ellis, Preacher by Garth Ennis, We 3 and All Star Superman by Grant Morrison, Starman by James Robinson, and anything and everything he has mentioned on his Pull List!!
