Shipping Options

For our customers who don't have shipping addresses in the United States, we can ship via UPS Worldwide Express or via DHL. Shipments sent with either of the DHL shipping methods will be initially transported by DHL and then are typically handed over to you local post for final delivery.  For shipments totaling $200 or more, we require that packages are shipped via UPS so that we can insure and track the package.

Customs

*All internationally shipped orders will be accurately labeled for customs purposes, therefore we are unable to mark shipments 'gift' or declare a value other than the actual value.*

You may be subject to import duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information on how your purchased items might be taxed for customs purposes. Contacting customs offices is your responsibility if necessary, it is not the responsibility of TFAW.com.

If these customs charges are refused by the customer or a customer fails to respond to contact attempts by the shipping provider to arrange for payment of any fees and delivery of the package the package will be declared abandoned. Please be aware that as it is the responsibility of each individual customer to arrange for payment of any duties/fees on their package and coordinate delivery of shipments, any abandoned packages are not eligible for any refunds of the item or shipment costs. Additionally, when ordering from TFAW.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Please be aware that occasionally the shipping costs on a package may vary from the amount that was originally charged to the customer based on the dimensional weight of the package. In these instances we here at TFAW.com will pay the difference in shipping amounts rather than charging the customer additional shipping costs. While this amount is not charged to the customer, it is included in the total shipping costs on the customs declarations forms. Depending on your specific countries customs regulations, you may be charged import duties on this complete shipping costs. Questions regarding rates should be directed to the appropriate department in your government.

Restrictions

Shipping to Australia

Officially, the Australian Customs Service randomly holds 5% of all formal entries for documentary and physical examination of the goods. Recently, due to an increasing concern about insect infestation, there has been an increase in inspections and quarantines in Australia, as well as increased security regulations.

Unfortunately some of TFAW.com's products are classified as plant derived products (i.e. cotton t-shirts) and thus are subject to inspection and quarantine. Any shipment requiring quarantine are assessed an additional AUD 80.00 or more by Australian quarantine services, whether the shipment is destroyed, abandoned or returned. This assessment fee is the responsibility of the customer and not TFAW.com's.
